About Us

Confidence Starts with Training, not with Tutorials...

Our Mission

At MN Medical LLC, we’re on a mission to transform how joint reductions are taught and performed—making injury care safer, smarter, and more accessible. We believe no clinician should face uncertainty when treating dislocations, and no patient should suffer chronic pain due to preventable delays.

Through lifelike simulation models and engaging workshops, we empower providers to learn, laugh, and lead with confidence—developing technique mastery in low-stress environments built for real growth. Our work stands at the intersection of clinical insight, design precision, and educational impact—driven by a simple promise:

No risk. No pressure. Just practice.

Our Vision

To revolutionize the way joint reductions are learned, practiced, and mastered—so no provider hesitates, and no patient suffers needlessly.
We envision a future where every healthcare professional has access to pressure-free, high-impact simulation. Where lifelike
models inspire real skill, and laughter and learning coexist in every workshop. A future where chronic injuries are rare
because confidence is routine.
MN Medical stands for precision, empathy, and fearless practice. Our vision is simple:

Better training. Better outcomes. Better care—across every joint, every provider, and every patient.

Our Founder

Toki Nakazawa founded MN Medical LLC to change how joint reductions are taught—making training safer, smarter, and more engaging. With clinical experience and a deep understanding of provider hesitation, he developed lifelike models that let practitioners build confidence through repetition and laughter, not pressure. His creations—Bud, Laura, Tip, and Jenny—turn complex techniques into approachable practice.

Toki blends biomechanics, design, and education to empower providers with hands-on mastery. What began as a personal solution is now helping reshape injury care across clinics, classrooms, and communities.
